We are a print on demand shop which means we do not keep inventory on hand and ALL orders are prepared, printed, and shipped from a different location in the USA. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, due to the nature of our business and the customization of each order, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged upon arrival.
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please provide clear photos of the defective or damaged item along with your order number and any other relevant details. Once we verify the issue, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
We kindly ask that you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase, ensuring that all customization details, including size, color, design, and spelling, are correct. We cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
Furthermore, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit as expected or for changes in personal preference after the order has been placed.
